Academic Plan for Clinical, Hostel and College Squad for year 2021-22

1. Formation of anti-ragging committee under the guidance of chair person
2. Formation of the anti-ragging squad committee for regular and surprise visit in classrooms (college), hostels, and clinical.
3. Taking anti-ragging undertakings in the form of affidavits for the various courses
4. Providing details of discipline committee, anti-ragging committee, anti-ragging squad and helpline, hostel warden to all newly admitted students and parents.
5. Displaying anti-ragging boards to create awareness
6. Conducting regular interaction and counselling with session with the fresher
7. Taking strict action as per UGC guideline in case of reported ragging

Implementation for the year 2021-22

1. Under the guidance of chairperson formed the anti-ragging committee at the beginning of the academic year.
2. Anti-ragging squad members were formulated to conduct visits at different areas like hostel, classrooms, and clinicals.
3. Anti- ragging registration were done on amanmovement website for newly admitted student.
4. Contact details of anti-ragging committee, squad, helpline and warden were informed to all newly admitted student on 20th September 2021
5. Regular visit were conducted by squad members on 5th October 2020 at clinical areas And students were interacted and observed by squad members for any misbehaviours of senior students towards junior students.
